State Mushroom

We have TONS of the Minnesota State Mushroom growing around our yard, the morals...they're apparently quite expensive, so we're lucky to have them. :)
We already gave some away to neighbors and such, and now are planning on cooking some up to eat...

It also seems that this is the 100th post of Opossum Sauce. Yay! :D
